What is a Center for Spirituality and Leadership?

The CSL is an organization that assist individuals in
civic/corporate/religious leadership to integrate faith,
leadership and moral commitments into the discernment of
everyday living. We believe that people who attend CSL
workshops, mentoring/spiritual direction, and retreats will
develop significantly toward shared values, clarity of
purpose, and promoting common good by exploring their
principles and calling. Program outcomes will include the
integration of spirituality into their vocations, leadership in
the work place, and sacred time with their families. The CSL
is not intended to compete with area churches or religious
organizations, but to assist and transform their
organizational needs and individual areas of activity into
well-integrated, coherent places.
