Programs
Center programs and projects address individuals and
communities across the range of religious traditions,
economic and cultural backgrounds, genders, and vocations.
The Center’s central purpose is the integration of spirituality
into leadership by promoting the formation of authenticity in
individuals and organizations and cultivating genuine
relationship in one’s community (i.e.. workplace, neighborhood,
civic organizations, families, churches…).
Projects
~ Community/individual mentoring and spiritual direction.
~ Workshops and programs on leadership training,
contemplative reflection, stages of faith development,
experiential education, and diversity.
~ Corporate assessments and administrative audits for
healthy organizational management.
~ Solo Retreat Hermitage, at Lakeside Conference Center,
Scott, KS. The hermitage will provide self-directed retreats
and opportunities for reflection/ rest.
